  The staff were attentive and helpful, meals were good and of great value.

  The hotel guests were very noisy till early hours of the morning and curtains on Windows were worn and thin.

  The owners and management fantastic, helpful staff, the bathroom very clean and large. Breakfast very good.

  Hotel generally outdated and old fashioned, rather expensive for one gets, especially the parking fee.

  Great views of the mountains and the staff were very warm and helpful in getting details about train journeys etc. The hotel was clean, service was good and the water pressure was excellent in shower. The food was delicious.

  Location close to sanctuaries some very polite employees, design of the hotel is pleasant and rooms are a reasonable size and are very clean. Pillow are very comfortable.

  Awful service from a man named luc and food should be available all hours at night.

  The location was very handy to the grotto and restaurants, hotel service was good. The staff were very accommodating and my room was clean. The food was excellent.

  The panoramic view from the dining room, simple hotel and staff were very friendly and were bilingual. Breakfast was good and lunch.

  Very noisy water pipes the toilet cisterns were filling and pillows were insufficient. Waiters were also grumpy and seemed put out by the fact we all came in to eat.

  Nice view from the room facing the river, great hotel and the reception and the waiting staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Food was good.

  Old sites and very nice stay. Waiters gave us excellent service and the internet connection was quite good can be accessed from the room and s free.
