  The location was good and stuff was inadequate. Lobby was very nice and the reception staff were friendly, service was neat. Room, well this was hilarious.

  Location is very good and bus and tram station is near. The staf of the hotel are very friendly, sadly, the lobby is the best appointed room in the building and the staff in Reception are very helpful. Breakfast very basic, even for a continental offering.

  The windows do not seal away the noises of the busy street and kitchenettes are not equipped, just a fridge.

  Good location for sightseeing and nice Hotel. Free wifi in the bar and lobby, excellent service, tea and coffee making facilities should be available in all rooms.

  Convenient location and hotel is nice. The lobby is comfortable for doing wireless internet and the staff is relatively friendly. Big balkony in the top floor room is good.

  Excellent location in the City Center and itis good to stay at in winter not summer.  the lobby is nice and staff are amazing. The rooms are oldfashioned albeit comfortable.

  Good location, the hotel was clean and the staff were rude and couldn't find my prepaid Booked. This room was much better, the fridge was handy to supplement the well stocked minibar.

  Location great and the only good thing about the hotel is close to the shopping center.

  I tried my bedroom and the lobby and could never get a reliable reception, staff appeared to be incompetent and untrained, the fact that no internet was available in the room is not acceptable 2010.

  Direct bus connection from/to the airport and location near Place des Eaux Vives. A good central point friendly staff and clean bathrooms. Swiss food appetizer happy hour.

  Very old interior, old fashioned design and outdated equipment in rooms, poor wireless connection, the bar was already closed.

  Location was perfect and continental breakfast was included in the price of the stay. Staff were polite and helpful, tv had 9 free channels only.

  Great location and and at huge cost of almost £200 for the night. Courteous and helpful reception staff, the bed was comfortable,  the breakfast buffet was good.

  The hotel was quiet and well located for us, the staff were friendly and helpful, and spoke good English.  the free wifi internet service was intermittent.
