  Very good location and our room had a great terrace overlooking the lake and was a great place for breakfast in the morning. The staff were super nice and helpful, the bathroom was huge.

  Good location for a short trip to Lugano and breakfast is small Buffet as Hotel 4 * should be bigger. The rooms are very nice and clean.

  The location was elcellent and the services were very good, i liked the decor, the bath, and especially the pool we had all to ourselves one day. The staff all very helpful friendly, and English was spoken.

  An unbeatable price by Lugano standards, excellent location and friendly staff, a really nice hotel, fantastic service. The rooms recently updated and spotless, free buffet breakfast.

  The view we had from the 2nd floor was amazing, the service was good an the staff friendly.

  The hotel didnt have a travel pass as per the website information was contradictory, the room itself had not been updated in the last 20 years.

  Partially obstructed lake view single room, s expensive for a very simple hotel you know you would pay $ 60.00 in usa.

  Friendly,clean ans beautiful location and just a ten minute walk along the lake to 'downtown. Hotel is kind of cozy and staff are friendly. The bathroom is well equipped and breakfast is nice.
