The air conditioner in our room did not work properly, room was dusty, carpet didn't feel clean, bathroom had not been cleaned properly, toilet stained.
We arrived at almost midnight, got a king bed without a reservation and left by 8a.
The room was shabby with a very worn armchair and peeling wallpaper in the bathroom.
The bathroom was clean, but the floor was a little dusty, like the room hadn't been used in a while.
The bed and sheets were clean and comfortable.
There was old food in the dining area that looked to be left over from a luncheon.
Staff was friendly, manager was a complete sweet heart and the hot tub's paint was peeling horribly.
Front dest staff was very warm and welcoming, Breakfast was top notch (better than any other I have seen), Manager was a complete sweet heart.
I felt the staff members were rude for making a request such as this.
When I did arrive a very friendly front desk girl smiled and welcomed me.
I called the hotel directly to make a reservation, they lady who answered sounded very friendly.
Pool was Green and Air conditioning was almost non existant.
Wireless internet connection worked well.
Friendly staff and the bathroom was clean.
