Best Western Hilltop House Hotel Los Alamos

The location is great, if you have a car, you can many options within 15 to 30 minutes from the hotel.

This hotel didn't even exist back in the early seventies; the location was the home of a gas station and auto repair shop.

Not much at night, but great central location if you don't go for the big cities.

There is a gasoline station next to hotel, very convenient.

They said they had some rooms with a door between the living room and bedroom, and since we were staying off season there would probably be one available.

I called again the night before our stay, and they offered us the Aspen room (Room 301), which is a two-bedroom suite with a living room and kitchen.

I could tell a single standard room with a queen size bed and a little extra space for a dining table.

Now on the positive side, the room (rooms in our case) were very clean with modern upgrades such as refrigerators, free internet connectivity and large television sets with a decent lineup of programming.

The rooms are pretty standard, decorations are pleasant, towels and bath products were nicer than expected and, most importantly, they were clean.

Plenty of extras: Complimentary drinks in the great little bar, free internet access, excellent complementary breakfast buffet and top notch service The guests are mostly PhDs.
