I choose this hotel based on the good reviews and its location that put us in position for the next morning's drive to NOLA.
Really excellent service and the room was very spacious.
Dieses Hotel war super, they also saw to i get a decent taxi driver whenever I needed and comfortable room located right off the highway.
The room was very spacious, the hotel looked brand new, the decor and everything was perfect.
The property is just off the I-10 freeway, but I couldn't hear any traffic noise from our room.
And no, they didn't have any other non-smoking room to offer me.
The breakfast was a decent one, not just doughnuts.
The included breakfast featured a make-your-own waffle machine.
Restaurants and stores were just a few minutes away by car, however.
Front desk service was quick and courteous.
The staff and housekeeping are wonderful.
I went online to cancel this reservation and got the confirmation number and all.
SO, in short, don't trust the online site to cancel for you, and definitely don't trust the on site managers to try to help you out.
They have two PCs with high speed internet in the lobby that are free to use.
I was a little nervious leaving my work truck in the back parking lot (all that was available at 9:30pm).
