  On arrival I was greeted by the desk clerk and was quickly checked in to a room on the backside of the hotel. Because of the interior pool and conference space, the layout of the hotel is a long walk almost everywhere until you learn the shortcuts. The elevator is exceptionally small to the second level, but that means you don't have to share if you just stretch out a bit. I can't say enough about the importance of smooth hallway carpeting to make for a quiet and vibration-free environment. The room was very clean and well furnished with dark woods, a deep green modern carpet and complimentary colored bedspreads.

  The conference and pool areas are very dated with what appears to be the original faux new orleans finish, mixed in with a bit of the old west.

  Our room smelled and the halls are dingy and labyrintine. Business center has an old outdated computer and pool is not well maintained. $1 coupons for their small restaurant was inadequate. Front desk staff were not dressed professionally.

  The actual room was worn, dated, but clean. The front desk went beyond thier duties many times.

  Long hallways, confusing room numbering, and sections under renovation.

  The rooms were great and the staff very helpful.

  My only complaint was that the hot tub smelled a bit like urine. We love the pool area and how relaxing it is.

  The check-in was OK, the staff friendly enough but not at all professional. The resturant was very good with fine food at a decent price and very friendly and competent staff. Staff was surly, no plesantries, seemed to care less if we enjoyed our stay or would ever be back.

  The room was a bit worn, but clean enough. Inside rooms are entered from an interior hallway. When we opened our curtains on the oposite end of the room we found another door entering onto an inside ballroom (?

  Nice room, and helpful staff, although hallway navigation can be very trick, but that's in part b/c it's a very large hotel. The staff was helpful in accomodating that, too. The pool area smelled heavily of cholrine, but what can you expect there? The bathroom showerhead had great pressure, too!

  Unfriendly desk staff checked us in, but a friendly lady checked us out without our night's stay. And, breakfast is included!

  When I told him that the discount was fine but I wasn't happy about it and that I would be writing this review he quickly changed his mind and told me the room charge would be taken care of. I don't know what ever happened to customer service in this country but even with room charge taken care of it wasn't a very good experience.

  My family and I reserved a room (poolside) over the internet for the long weekend. The following Tuesday I contacted the manager and told him I didn't feel I should pay for the 1 night. I was told that I should have seen the sign posted (14" x 12") put in the corner of the check in room. I would probably stay at this hotel again but next time i will make sure to ask if there are any functions at the hotel because obviously you can't rely on the staff to inform the costumers.

  We spent one night in a suite on our way to Glacier. The suite itself was nice enough, but it and the rest of the hotel are dated and somewhat dirty. The service and the food at the hotel restaurant were awful. From lack of cleanliness, getting the orders wrong, horrible food and a genuine lack of caring on behalf of the staff. I can't believe a city of this size does not have something better to offer.

  Its so clean, smell great like home, even it has their own TV stand, unlikely other motel.
