Best Western Heritage Inn Concord - 康科德

The location is very convienet with shops and severa restuarants to choose from within a short distance.

On behalf of the Hotel, I enjoyed my entire stay at this location.

We'd made last minute rez'es here as the location was perfect for us.

We stayed at the Best Western as it was a good location and we were promised a King size bed and a jacuzzi tub when I booked it.

When we checked in however, the only room available was a queen size bed with no jacuzzi.

I checked into my room and the first thing I noticed is that one bed is a queen and 1 was a double.

The room was quite clean but the phone did not work and the toilet kept running making it quite hard to sleep.

It was a very nice touch, however, for the price of the room, I would expect higher quality of rooms.

Even if you don't get a chance to partake of the breakfast bar it is still a nice place to stay.

The front desk was really nice, but they said there would be a breakfast thing served in the lobby and it really wasn't much.

During the 3 days I was at this hotel, a empty food container lay on the ground by the soda machine.

The Front desk Staff should give seminars on Customer Service!

The staff were all very friendly and helpfull, especially tthe front desk.

The front desk staff was very helpfu and gave us lots of good tips on where to go shopping and what to see.

When I checked in the Front desk employee was very flustered and complaining about the lack of rooms he had that night.

That would not have been so bad except the jacuzzi in the pool area was also broken.

The pool has bugs floating in it, as well as a used band-aid.

There was also mold in this shower which housekeeping came in and cleaned upon my request.

The staff were all very friendly and helpfull, the room was clean.

Our room was clean, quiet, and had every thing we needed, the refirgerator and microwave in the room was very handy with the kids.

The rooms are very comfortable, clean,and spacious.
