  Good location, the lakeview is great from our balcony we could see everything on the lake.

  Location was simply excellent, we enjoyed our short stay and the room was a good size. Breakfast was great.

  The beautiful view of the lake and compared to other hotels in the area. Well first of all the prices are very good.

  Lobby & hall smell of cigarettes/ammonia, & are dark & run down. Free ""breakfast"" is stale bagels(toaster inoperable), sour milk, watery coffee(no cream),ants in large plastic bowl of canned fruit. No serving utensils, worker had bare hands all over food. Carpet & bare walls in breakfast room filthy. Room passable except for bare box springs & stained walls.
