The value for money was excellent, and the room was comfortable with a cozy atmosphere. The location was perfect, with the train station just across the street and everything in the city within walking distance. The staff were friendly and understanding, resolving any issues promptly.

Breakfast delights could have been better with a wider variety of options.

Short drive to kupolen shopping centre. Everything you might need for you vacation is here, we really enjoyed the comfort and the food. The a sauna and a pool where a big plus: )

The location was perfect because we were able to visit the Dalsjö golf course and the Dalhalla open air theatre, which were just a short distance away. We had a blast exploring the area and checking out all the awesome activities like skiing and golfing. Plus, the hotel staff was super cool and helpful. Can't wait to go back and experience more epic adventures!

The only thing we wish could have been better was the nightlife scene. Don't get me wrong, the hotel had a great atmosphere and all, but as young party-going people, we were hoping for a little more excitement and fun.

It was nice an clean rooms, central location, free parking if you have a car, close to skiing in Romme Alpin. They had a relax room with pool and sauna. They also had a restaurant in the same building - which is convenient. I am very happy with the breakfast - it had everything!!!

The pool was very small - you can not swim just take a dip. The restaurant food is poor. If you are going to serve "low-class-food" like hamburgers and chips - why not make it from fresh products??? Why does the restaurant buy dry ready-made hamburger bread? Why dont they make the chips themselves? Why do they make dishes from frozen fish and chicken? Please step it up and improve the quality. Right now it does not rime with a four star hotel.

Excellent service and cozy atmosphere

During my stay at the Best Western in Borlange, I experienced excellent service from the hotel staff. They were understanding and accommodating, especially when I requested a quieter room. The cozy atmosphere of the hotel made me feel right at home. The bed and pillows were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The spacious parking lot was convenient, and the hotel's location was perfect with the city center and shopping center just a short walk away. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel, even the hard-to-clean areas. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a quiet and peaceful stay by promptly addressing a noise issue caused by a beer festival in the lobby. I had a great experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it.

Small and rather cold swimming pool, no hot tube (while indicated in certain documents) - overall the hotel deserves some renovation / refresh (eg outdated rooms, no air conditoning...)

The bed was comfortable and the wifi worked well. The hotel was conveniently located near the train station and had ample parking. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

The air conditioning did not work, making the room uncomfortably warm. the hotel lacked amenities and did not cater well to guests.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was incredibly convenient as it was right across from the train station. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to assist me with printing my train ticket. They even recommended a local restaurant for dinner since the hotel's restaurant was closed. The room was spacious enough for my family and me, and we appreciated the comfortable amenities provided.

During my recent stay in Borlange, I had a wonderful experience at a hotel conveniently located across from the train station.
