Rooms need updateing, painting. WiFi signal was better than tv reception. Have to go to office for ice but at least they had it.

First room dirty, moved from king to queen, no ice bucket , no ice, a lot of flys, locked out of room at 10:15 and no one in office, toilet did not flush good,

Bed was comfortable and the room was ok

The lobby stunk like sewage and the sink in my room was stopped up, when you turn the water on it backed up, it had hair and dirt in it

The location is very nice(close to a gorgeous lake and good food),breakfast was quite sufficient, beds are comfortable.

Unfortunately the frig in the room was frozen up and there is no ice machine on the grounds. Overall, not a bad place, but could be a bit cleaner and PLEASE install an ice machine!

Pillows, was no regular coffee available and when there is it is not very good!!, tv way old!!

Clean

Smelled like sewer at the office, out of coffee for rooms, wifi didn't work, had to go to office to find the secret way to turn on tv, no microwave in room, phone in room didn't work.

It was clean.

There was no remote in the room. Went and got a remote still nothing. Tried manually changing channels and no tv channels. Got someone to come check it out and he acted like he was being bothered. He messed with the tv some then his phone then told us there was nothing he could do. Second the beds were not comfy at all like sleeping on a rock. And bathroom had boogers stuck to the wall.
