The location is marvellous and incredible, a 5-minute walk from a bus station. The room is airy and new-fashioned with great view of the park and a mini fridge.

Everything was amazing from the very beginning.

It was fancy hotel with attentive staff from the desk clerk and bell hops. The property was in the center of Chicago, and we were at a short distance from an American arts college. The property was set in a secure area. The restaurant was nice and reasonably priced, for breakfast.

The location here is fantastic, incredibly close to a subway station and within easy reach of the central area, and the attached restaurant is a convenient dining option.

Fancy place with very caring staff, everything was very good. The restaurant was pleasant for breakfast here, I had amazing dishes. It overlooked the lake and had a comfy bed. I spent a wonderful time here, strongly recommend to anyone.

Fairly clean, fairly large hotel with private parking. Great food for free breakfast. Newly decorated room with very comfortable beds. Nice bathroom. Highly courteous staff.

The rooms are spacious and equipped with a microwave, large windows, and a nice bathroom. The hotel is centrally located, very close to the park, restaurants, and public transportation.

Reasonably priced place, had a quite comfortable stay for a business trip. The location was marvellous, perfect close to the train station, in the lively area. Plus it was 5 mins drive from Lake Michigan. Local cuisine was served in the attached restaurant👌

The room had a new look, very modern, and the price was totally worth it. 🌟 The location was awesome, and we could easily walk to the Film Row Cinema.

Reasonably priced and clean hotel, great value rooms. Perfect and nice location, 16 minutes' drive from Midway International airport. Rooms with a king bed. Climate control and storage facilities.

I really enjoyed my stay at Best Western. The location was perfect, just a few blocks south of the Loop and right across the street from Grant Park. It was so convenient to be able to walk to the museums and restaurants in the area. The room was spacious and very quiet, which made for a peaceful night's sleep. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice as well. I especially appreciated the friendly staff who always had smiles on their faces. They even helped us find a cab that could accommodate all four of us and our luggage when we were going to the train station. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.
