Reasonable base for exploring Mendenhaven. Small hotel in a fairly nice area of Mendenhaven. Great and unbeatable location for exploring Mendenhaven with a shuttle into town. The room was quiet and the staff were always pleasant. Large private bathroom.

No improvements necessary, everything was satisfactory.

It has quiet location to see St Paul's Catholic Church. 5 minutes drive to the airport, it is located very close to the airport. The hotel offers a continental breakfast — always complementary.

We stayed at a charming hotel in Juneau, Alaska, during our family vacation. The location was ideal, as it was very close to the airport, making it convenient for our early morning flight. The staff was friendly and accommodating, offering a shuttle service to the airport and other nearby attractions. The room was comfortable and spacious, with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. The bathroom was well-appointed, with a large shower and plenty of amenities. We enjoyed a delicious and freshly-made breakfast each morning, starting our days off on a high note.

The breakfast was amazing, so many options to choose from and everything tasted delicious. The location was great too, just a short walk away from some fun activities. Plus, the staff was always friendly and helpful which made our trip even better.

The noise level was a bit high at night which made it difficult to fall asleep. Also, some of the room layouts were a bit cramped and not exactly what we were expecting.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a charming hotel close to the airport in Juneau. The location was perfect for me, as it was only a few minutes away from the airport and also conveniently close to the Mendenhall Glacier park. The staff at this hotel were exceptional - they were friendly, attentive, and really made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The rooms were well-appointed and had all the basic amenities I needed, including a hot tub that was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The breakfast included options of continental or hot breakfast, which was a great way to start my day. this hotel provided great value for the money and I highly recommend it.

During my recent stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the charming ambiance of the hotel. The room I stayed in, Room 132, was incredibly spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean. The bed provided the perfect level of comfort for a good night's sleep. The staff at Best Western Grandma's Feather Bed were extremely friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. I had to grab breakfast to go, and they kindly provided me with a small box to take with me. The breakfast itself was absolutely delicious and well-prepared. The location of the hotel was convenient, being just a minute away from the airport, and I enjoyed walking around the nice area surrounding the hotel.
