The best part about the hotel was the location: literally a 5 minute drive to Downtown, across the street from several great restaurants including a fancy one called Gables(sp?
The desk staff was very helpful and the property was in a good location.
I stayed one night and the room size, bed, bath, micro, mini-frig, et.
Nice large rooms with unique layout - bathroom/shower and room sink on middle of wall opposite 2 queen beds.
The hotel itself is very pretty and charming--it had a cute 'bed and breakfasty' feel to it, with classic American furniture and super clean rooms.
A step down from the Salbasgeon Suites next door, but if you don't need the indoor pool, fitness room, and meeting rooms there, this place works too.
The toilet and bath were in a separate room, with the sink and its amenities outside it.
We ate at an excellent mexican restaurant (El Sol de Mexico) across the street.
The restaurant, in the adjacent Salbasgeon Suites, Headwaters, was marvelous - small, great ambiance, soft music and excellent food and service.
Complimentary breakfast was about normal.
In addition the continental breakfast was wonderful.
There was a nice continental breakfast included with cereal, bagels, pastries, milk, juice, fruit, etc.
B/c the friendly hotel staff were all wearing the Beaver colors, the housekeeping service was very good and the manager was very nice.
