  Upon entering the hotel looked a little more impressive, good reception staff and bed was comfortable and everything worked ok. The breakfast was ok and the service was attentive.

  Lobby and dining areas are beautiful and hotel was in a great location, the rooms OK very noisey plumbing and the staff seemed to be very nice.

  Friendly staff, very clean room and good breakfast included in the price.

  We didn't stay long and soon got on our way, bar was also quiet expensive.

  The staff very attentive, polite and professional, comfortable bed. Pleasant, helpful waitress at breakfast.

  Reception area not very inviting, very dated decor and the bar wasn't cheap.

  A colleague in another room experienced the same problem and breakfast lovely.

  Location and very freindly receptionist, easy to park. Brilliant place to stay and well choatic sums up quite well. Interior clean and presentable, friendly staff, excellent value at the discount rate of £42.50 per room.

  Location t otown good, quiet, good value and night receptionist very pleasant greeting at reception. The new flat screen tv, toilet tissue holder was situated far back on the right hand wall not at all convenient to access and the staff during breakfast was very friendly. The waiters were helpful.

  The outside looks very shabby & the bar was not very comfortable, pillows were hard an uncomfortable.

  Good price and location, enjoyable stay. Staff were friendly and helpful, the receptionist was very apologetic. Room was very comfy, breakfast was excellent.
