However, the price is right, the staff is always friendly, the rooms are clean, indoor pool is adequate and there is a good-sized lounge in the hotel.
Great location for me as i need to head back to chicago straight away the next am and the hotel is spotlessly clean.
It was apparent from long pauses in the call that the customer service center was a large room with many people on the phone.
Overall not too bad of a place to stay, staff was friendly and the price I paid for my room.
It was served in a sunny room off the lounge.
Our double-queen room was spacious, had a fridge, microwave and coffeemaker--very convenient.
The bathroom was adequate size and the shower worked well.
The breakfast was probablly the best I've had in a hotel--it was hot and fresh and had so much to choose from.
The breakfast included scrambled eggs, meat (sausage one day, bacon the other), potatoes, various breads/bagels, cereals, yoghurt, white/chocolate milk, juices, coffee and fruit.
It was located off the Interstate and convenient to restaurants and shopping.
Additionally good breakfast and indoor pool is adequate.
The continental breakfast was above average for what hotels typically call continental breakfast.
Rooms were clean and daily maid service was what I expected.
Maid service was prompt in the morning to give extra towels.
Hotel check-in and housekeeping staff were uniformly friendly and helpful.
Found the staff very helpful with directions to differnt activities we wanted to go to over the weekend as well as areas to ride and enjoy the local scenary.
Nothing fancy about this hotel by any means, the staff was friendly and wireless internet was also provided free of charge.
