I had never stayed at a hotel where they refused to honor the condirmed price and said there was nothing they could do.
We reserved online at this price for two nights and received a confirmation number.
Of course the manager never called us and the charge went through despite our refusing to sign the charge slip.
We knew we would only be sleeping there and only required a clean room.
