Good location for beaches and nice place.
The location was pretty good, the lobby was nice and the staff was very professional.
The location was pretty central - was on the main road that goes through Stuart and hotel staff was very nice.
I asked one girl if she had the phone number for any airport transportation and she looked at me as if I was insane.
Not to mention the airplanes flying into the West Palm Beach airport.
Our room was pretty average, but during our stay it became clear that all the rooms are being refurbished so standards will improve.
On the down side, the underside of one of our bedspreads was horribly stained and really shouldn't have been on the bed.
The bed was comfortable, the complimentary breakfast was really good.

Also good to know if you're traveling with kids -- they eat free in the restaurant which helps if you are on a budget.
There is a lounge and the breakfast is great.
The hotel has a tropical setting but is located close to restaurants and shopping and is about 5 miles to the beaches.
The complimentary Breakfast was more than expected, fresh scrambled eggs, make your own waffles, hot oatmeal, danish, muffins, yogurt and much more.
Free use of internet-connected laptops in the lobby was very handy and a couple of the front desk staff were great -- very friendly and helpful.
I have to say the front desk people were very nice and patient with us as we waited for an authorization fax.
The lobby was beautiful, service was good and the free internet was great.
Furthermore we liked your staff and great cable.
The pool and the surrounding area is clean and relaxing.
The hotel is a former Holiday Inn (old-style exterior corridor with a pool in the courtyard) that has changed brands.
I only stayed here because it was the closest to the event I attended at the Lyric Theatre, and was pleased to find it exceptionally clean and comfortable, with a lovely pool.
