This place offers spacious, freshly renovated rooms with lovely views and ample space, along with a great selection of delicious food and attentive, five-star service from the helpful staff.

Location was good, next to the railway station and not so far from the old town (less than 10 minutes walking). Room was clean and service was good.

We are travelling by car, and it is always annoying when the hotel does not have a normal parking possibilities. However there was a possibility to park in the garage of the railway station. The hotel is really good for travellers by train. Breakfast was quite poor for the money paid.

I liked the place, everything was nice. The staff were extremely friendly and the wake up calls and ironing were free of charge. Its location at a short distance from Rue Eau de Robec was particularly good. French cuisine was served in the in-house restaurant.

Enjoyed a trip where everything was just fine. The hotel is in a great spot, right in the center, which was really handy. The gourmet restaurant served up an excellent meal that exceeded my expectations! 🍴

The rooms here are quiet and beautifully designed with lovely views, the services provided are excellent, and the breakfast offers a great variety of delicious food.

I thouroughly enjoyed my stay at the Hotel De Dieppe. The best part of the stay was a meal in the Four Seasons Restaurant. I had the pressed duck prepared expertly by M. Paul Masse. The meal was informative, entertaining and delicious. M. Masse even helped me with directions for a day trip the following morning. Top notch service and a great meal, I'll be back.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was large and clean. It was a pleasant surprise to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room. The location was also convenient, being close to the train station and within walking distance of the main attractions in the city.

The room had a few small imperfections, such as a lack of overhead lighting in the bathroom and a small and oddly shaped layout. There was also limited storage space in the room, which was a bit inconvenient.

The carpark was on the street in front of the hotel; the staff was especially helpful on arrival and throughout the stay; the location was comfortable and handy, relatively near Rue du Gros-Horloge. Rewritten: The parking was right in front, the staff was super helpful, and the location was convenient, close to Rue du Gros-Horloge.

Location was great and suited our needs. Plenty of parking space in the train station next door.

Breakfast - the meat/jambon lacked freshness.

I recently stayed at Best Western in Rouen for a few nights and it was a fantastic experience. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in a breeze. The room on the 4th floor was spacious and had its own separate toilet, which was a nice touch. The bathroom was excellent, with both a bath and shower. The hotel has a charming old-school elegance that we really appreciated. The location was perfect, right across from the train station and within walking distance of the Old Town. The in-house restaurant had delicious food and a great selection of wine, with outstanding service.

Good central location. Large room and bathroom.

Rude receptionist. We arrived early and went to drop our bags off. That was fine. However, the receptionist asked what time we would be back to check in. We said: 3pm? Receptionist:No don't come back until 5pm. We said: But check in is at 2pm. Receptionist: I know but we have guests checking out at 12 so the room won't be ready until then. No apology, just a like it or lump it shrug. Not a great first impression. We got back at 5.30, we thought someone might have taken our bags to our room as a small gesture. Of course they hadn't. Wouldn't stay there again simply because of he service. Everything else was fine.

Good location, small but clean room with nice decorations. Polite staff, convenient discounted parking nearby.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is perfect as it is very close to the railway station and to attractions around town. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, providing us with parking directions ahead of time and making our stay comfortable. Our room was very clean and had all the necessary amenities we needed for our stay. Additionally, we had a delicious breakfast with a lot of variety to choose from.
