  Good for bus tours for retirees and the front desk was polite and directed me to close restaurants and the beach. Television, comfortable chairs, breakfast area was nice and the cost was reasonable. Staff were wonderful in helping me find the waffle house phone number and the service at Best Western Cypress Creek was excellent. The room was spacious, pillows were great and the pool was well maintained.

  Elevator was extra slow, coffee was about the only decent item.

  Next to great attractions in Biloxi and good travelers hotel. A nice home base to see the area and price wise is very reasonable. Coffee is available 24/7 in the lobby, the iron didnt work in the room.

  Staff not experienced could not answer simple questions and the prefab eggs and sausage just didn't do me me.

  The proximity to the highway was good for us, the beds were comfortable and the hotel was kept clean, staff were very friendly and made us feel at home. The price was also very reasonable and the maid service was really nice. Room was clean, neat, the Jacuzzi was especially wonderful and the breakfast was fresh and delightful.

  Free laundry, tennis courts, swimming pool, fitness center and hot breakfast, great hotel, very nice and clean reasonable price. The staff were friendly, my room was cleaned on time and well each day, refrigerator worked good.

  My overall stay was comfortable, the lobby area was really nice an clean and staff and manager were very helpful there was a mixup in our reservation. The room was family friendly and breakfast was fine.

  Hotel was very clean and staff were ready friendly, the front desk personnel were very nice, courteous, the room was satisfactory and comfortable and there were plenty of towels. Breakfast was great.
