The breakfast is varied and enjoyable, and the location is magnificent near restaurants and perfect for events at Sparkassenpark.

I had a short stay at this hotel and it was great. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff provided excellent service. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel's location was convenient. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

Good location ..you are in the city centre in a few minutes on foot. The rooms are clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is excellent

The value for money at Select Hotel Crown was excellent, especially with the 15 EUR price per person for breakfast. The room service was top-notch and the staff gave me a warm welcome, fulfilling my request for a room near the elevator and easy access to the lobby.

Breakfast was very good, large selection and very nicely arranged.

On arrival, the staff was a little overwhelmed. Too many new guests at once and too few staff. For this reason, no bar service could take place.

Location was close to the conference center, making it easy to attend our business meetings. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, even offering us an umbrella for our walk around town on a rainy day. The parking was also convenient with plenty of spaces available.

The bed and bedding were uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The air conditioning wasn't working properly, which made our room too warm.

Wifi worked, bathroom was nice, tv in the room was good, nice decor of the bedroom.

The double bed was awful, very soft and spongy, for a 4 star hotel the bed should atlease be adequate, but the spongy filmsy double bed and pillows were appalling standard, also the bed duvet that was provided was more like for children rather then adults, very small in size for a double bed and adult.
