The Front Desk staff was pleasant and helpful, our rooms were immaculate, and even though it was a smoking room, it did not smell of stale smoke.

It smells like a smoker has been in the nonsmoking rooms or there has been water damage resulting in mildew.

The extra sink/vanity area outside of the bathroom was very convenient.

In fact we drove down to pigeon forge and rented a room for $25 just to let our kids swim!

The $25 hotel was even cleaner, as the Crossroads Inn was recarpeted and large, the bathroom was out of date and had bugs on the floor.

Young lady at front desk was too envolved with the fact that someone told her that her friend had been saying nasty things about her, therefore, she was so upset that she just wasn't herself.

The staff were more than happy to place them there to help my boyfriend surprise me.

We talked to the manager and they gave us another number to call.

There are also cable cars and chair lifts up into the mountains.

Gatlinburg must be able to turn up better than this and jacuzzi jets didn't come on.

Although the rooms were large, and on first appearance clean, the ants came in huge numbers.

The room was very clean and looked like it had been updated some recently.
