·From: All directions. The BEST WESTERN Cross Timbers is located on Highway 377 Bypass and the South Loop. We are a half mile southwest of the city center. Please make sure that you stay on Highway 377 and not Business 377. We are located between Peacock's Restaurant and Grump's Restaurant.

He could not get the key to the room to work, and also said that he didnt care if we stayed there or not.

I left before I even made it to the room.

We had four people and there were only two towels.

We went up there immediately, and were rudely told that the maid had already left us towels.

I called the front desk and was told we had to come to the front desk to get towels.

I told the person at the front desk that it was unsanitary for four people to use two towels, and for the inflated price we paid, we ought to be able to get a towel for each person.
