Best Western Country Lane Inn Juneau - 朱诺

The stained wood exterior lined with blooming fuschia plants, hides the fact that when you request a king bed you get a nicely done two room suite with a kitchenete.

Our toilet didn't flush properly, but otherwise the room was comfortable and cable Internet access was offered.

Staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are clean enough, our toilet didn't flush properly.

The bed was a standard double size (so quite small, especially by North American standards) and the mattress was worn so that we ended up rolling into the middle.

Morning breakfast was available early and kept us from having to get in our rental car each morning to search for somewhere to eat.

Staff was exceptionally friendly, the breakfast was very nice too.

They also have free continental breakfast and use of their internet is free.

The Continental Breakfast and the Lobby were Very Nice here.

There were restaurants and a couple malls within walking distance, but to get downtown we had to take a shuttle which ran on odd hours only.

The expansive continental breakfast, laundry on-site, free newspapers, free internet access, and genuinely helpful front desk staff does make it the best value for the money.

The front desk staff and the shuttle bus driver were above and beyond in friendliness and understanding of our situation.

Our stay at the hotel was nice and all of the staff at the Best Western were very helpful and courteous.

Prices we thought were very reasonable, the Lobby were Very Nice here and clean and the staff were very courteous.

If you are coming off the State Ferry they are fairly close and do offer a free shuttle.

They also offer a free shuttle to downtown Juneau that runs every hour during the day.

The Free internet in the Lobby was also very nice.

Clean rooms, free newspapers and continental breakfast each morning.

Rooms were clean and even though there was a electrical power problem at the time in Juneau, services were never reduced to save the Inn money.

My room faced the back of the hotel and it was spotlessly clean, quiet and comforatble.

The room was clean and always cleaned promptly every day.
