Workout area were great ammenities and the hotel was a good deal for the price.
An adequate choice in a nice/downtown river location and excellent Hotel.

Poor location in a less than fancy part of town and saying that the hotel was dog friendly is an understatement.

Hotel was fairly clean, with beds, towels, and bathrooms all acceptably taken care of by housekeeping.
Sink drains in room 308 never worked (20 minutes for sink to drain and nearly 15 minutes for bathtub to drain).
Air conditioning didn't adequately cool room.
The exercise room was small but had newer equipment.
For the room, they gave us what we reserved and even let us check in early.
Hotel restaurant reasonably priced and decent food.
With the restaurant right there we didn't have to go out to find something.
Excellent price, very Accomodating staff and well at check-in we were informed no breakfast.

Their breakfast is served in the hotel's resturant called "Cooper's Mill" and you are given a good selection for free breakfast.
