The location was excellent, just a short walk from Bernadotte Museum. There were a bakery and all the major shops surrounding the hotel.- The property had its own restaurant serving good food, which was nice.

The rooms have been recently renovated and are spacious with beautiful bathrooms and cozy beds. The location is fantastic, just a short stroll from Parc Beaumont.

The room was new and located in the bedroom closet, and there was a car park available on-site providing excellent service, all situated in the city center.

Great value for money, spacious room with a comfortable bed and large bathroom. Convenient location in the city center, within walking distance of all the sights. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the free underground parking was a bonus.

The morning meal could have been improved with a wider variety of bathroom amenities, instead of just the generic gel-shampoo provided.

Central location

Strong smell in the room like an old cellar, mould, a bit grubby.

Because of the construction sites in the city, the hotel is very difficult to reach. The Navi guided us constantly in circles through the construction sites and one-way streets. After all, you had to ignore traffic signs to reach your destination.

We had a lovely stay at Best Western. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the hotel had a lot of charm. The receptionist went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, even moving furniture so we could bring our motorbike inside. The location was perfect, close to the main shopping and restaurant areas as well as the train station. The room was comfortable and clean with a unique decor that added to the hotel's historic feel. we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel to others.

Great experience overall - they had a nearby garage for parking 🚗, the room was a decent size, and the price was right. The staff were super friendly and the location was super central, just a stone's throw from Le Garage!

Scrambled eggs and bangers were fabulous. I ate at a really nice restaurant which serves good food. The location was particularly good and incredible, for example, National Museum and the Chateau de Pau was around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel.

This hotel is a great find in the center of town. It is located within the 'bus only-bollard protected' centre of the city, making it convenient for exploring all the sights on foot. The rooms are beautifully decorated with antique-looking furniture, giving a touch of elegance. Plus, the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, adding to the overall positive experience.

Honestly, there was nothing to complain about during my stay.
