The hotel was nicely decorated and reasonably clean. The attentive staff made our stay enjoyable, especially the manager.- The guest room was great for families with children up to 12 years old.- The marvellous breakfast had a continental spread and delicious cakes.- The restaurant at the hotel was really nice.- The location in a shopping area was convenient, with a main shopping center and a market nearby.

The service was very good with parking on-site. In general the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive.

Had very very good stay for 1 night and the weather was lovely. The room was top-notch and comfortably furnished with functional bathroom and fantastic views. We had bread and pastries for breakfast, it was marvellous and fine.

The breakfast was amazing. Incredibly kind staff.- Got a reasonably large guest room with a window view of mountains as an upgrade.- Fab location, easy to get into the centre made it easy to get to key attractions.

The breakfast was very good also the staff. It also took 5 minutes to get to town and 10 minutes to the lake.

The location is really good & central. You have shopping facilities & the train station is also nearby.

It was my second time in the hotel & the breakfast buffet has decreased quite a bit. The tables were dirty, were not wiped & it looks pretty sterile. You don't feel comfortable. Is probably because of what is still being rebuilt.

The hotel has very amiable personnel. The location is convenient and very close to the center.- The hotel offers a fantastic view of the town.- It's only about a 10 minutes' walk to Como center.

The hotel is currently being renovated and we like it more and more. Hopefully the prices will not be increased, because the price-performance ratio is excellent! Breakfast is simple, but there is something for everyone. That's all it takes, quite simply. The location is very good not far from the station. It is only a few minutes' walk to the (old) town. I'd be glad to come again.

The room was modern and had good soundproofing. The comfortable king-size bed and shower were great.- The hotel allowed me to park my car outside.- I stayed for a week and enjoyed the excellent breakfast with pre-made scrambled eggs and cheeses.

I asked for double room and it was new-fashioned and soundproof with private bathroom.
