  Overall, a nice place to stay in Yerevan, at reasonable prices and great service. The rooms are fine, the staff specially in the restaurant are very efficient and friendly.

  Staff friendly and helpful, clean rooms, great variety for breakfast including fresh omelettes and fruit. A good choice.

  Much too expensive hotel and hotel bar probably used more for business than visitors, gym is not bad as well as swimming pool.

  Short distance to republic square and shopping, location is great. The hotel has clean room and staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Internet access is free, breakfast is a well supplied buffet, will set you up for the day and nice looking swimming pool I could not use due to lack of time.

  Short walking distance to republic square, location is quite good and i always stay at Best Western Congress Hotel i travel to Yerevan. The staff is courteous and friendly, bathrooms are large, perfect Gym hide out on my birthday.

  The location is central, the staff at Best Western Congress Hotel are wonderful and competent and helpful, outdoor pool and size of our bed. Food is good.

  Very good fitness center and pool, nice place, clean room and building throughout. At a rate far cheaper, great food Italian style and the staff were very warm and helpful. Internet connection was available and worked well, breakfast was excellent, definitely better than I had expected.

  Very good location, great Hotel and all for a very reasonable price. Friendly well trained staff and excellent room. Free wireless connection perfectly, the towel warmer was also nice.

  S proximity to downtown area and the staff were very friendly, reliable and helpful, the hotel was very good, the bathroom was also clean and functional. The restaurant downstairs was excellent.
