Best Western Claridge Motor Inn Rhinelander

Central location is nice, the hotel is always clean and the staff is very professional and helpful.

You might a meeting room that on busy nights they throw a bed and tv in and call it a guestroom with no room #, a room where you pull the bed out of the wall, or a room with a balcony that has weeds growing on it.

Speaking of the hallway, the pool and hot-tub are in the basement at the end of the hallway and you have to go down two different sets of stairs (as they tried to block off the 'apartments' from the guestrooms) that are so scary and dark.

This place was must have been having such a hard time making it that they converted the end rooms to low-income apartments so be careful how far down the hallway you go.

The rooms are very comfortable and the restaurant can be better.

The rooms were very clean and the service at both the bar/restaurant was great.

The restaurant is so dingy from the years of bar patron smoking in it you don't dare order anything.

Aside from the smoking in the bar that is adjacent to the dining area & the smell of cigarette smoke in some of the hallways to our room, we had no complaints.

We ate breakfast in the Claridge each of the 4 mornings of our stay there.

The bar area was cosy and friendly, the staff was very helpful.

Great location within walking distance to everything in rhinelander, the staff at the hotel were all very friendly and helpful, the front desk people were nice.

This hotel is absolutely amazing and best Front Desk Person I have ever met.

The lobby has a dog that lives in it, cats roam the parking lot.

Parking is a nightmare as there is one lane for both in and out and it is usually blocked by their shuttle van.

When you get to the pool area you almost seem afraid for your life.
