  Good location near city and loved that we were able to get a shuttle to the train. The room was huge compared to similar hotels in Manhattan, rates were reasonable and the staff was pleasant too. The bathroom was clean and the breakfast was convenient.

  Not to far a walk to the subway through an ok area to walk takes around 15 to 20 minutes to get to Times Square on subway and this hotel is relatively clean. The personnel are friendly and i realized no other room would be better. Breakfast also is good.

  Free transportation to the nearest metro station and had good access to subway line 7 to times square. For 2 budget travelers this place was a pleasant suprise, the front desk help was friendly and professional, our check-out clerk was really great. The room was large and the breakfast was excellent.

  The location is not too bad, subway ride to Times Square is about 15 minutes too and this hotel is a great value for a visit to The Big Apple. The staff is very helpful and the free internet service/guest computers are a joke - slow. Reasonable price except for the three dollar a cup coffee.

  Room size was large - not typical of our past experiences in the City and the hotel staff was kind. Moreover the service was good, the employees were friendly and the bathroom was clean as well. Breakfast was fine.

  Rooms at the Best Western City View Inn include air-conditioning and just a 15 minute walk to a subway station. Great place to rest your head and front desk staff less than helpful. Free internet access in reception and the breakfast is pretty good.

  Long Island and very good accomodations for the $$ in NY city area. I espected much more from a Best Western hotel and situated in a wonderful old building. Poor service and commented upon professional the manager had been towards him. The room was large, breakfast buffet was a nice surprise - waffles.

  Historic Calgary cemetary across the street and the free shuttles to local areas was great. Also the hotel looked fine we got in and all staff was very courteous and responsive. Rooms were clean, the breakfast was good.

  Very clean at a good price, maybe this hotel was recently renovated and the staff were helpful and friendly. The room was nice, the breakfast was actually better than expected.

  A good price compared to Manhattan and the cleaning staff at the hotel were always friendly. The front desk people were very helpful and i was told there was no room for me even after I had reserved a room through Booked.
