          Loved the position &, good choice of tram routes nearby and room was quiet even on a busy street. The bed was very comfortable, and the linen and pillows of excellent quality, staff were efficient. The breakfast was enjoyed very much and the receptionist was really nice and helpfull.

          The position is an easy walk to Melbourne CBD, the hotel is near a range of different restaurants serves quality meals at reasonable prices and the reception are really warm hearted. The rooms are large and nice.

          Not worth the money, the Manager ended up cooking breakfast and somewhat dated facility by now.
