A good hotel at a good price in a good location, staff was extremely accommodating to our needs and large flatscreen tv was great.
Great location and more than adequate in decor.
Convenient location across from kingsway mall and the Entire Hotel was spotless.
Old and tired but a good location if you have business in the area.
The hotel is right on the approach path for Edmonton Municipal Airport so it can be noisy at times.
Even a call for a taxi was looked upon with annoyance.
The hotel was nice, the staff were quite helpful and the bed was very comfortable.
I left and went to the delta downtown and was greeted like a human being and was relaxing on a bed within 15 min.
The room was large, the jacuzzi worked great.
120$ FOR A ROOM THAT CAN BE HAD FOR HALF THAT PRICE ELSEWHERE.
Upon booking here I booked online for a room here with my pre-paid mastercard.
Restaurant has limited menu and is expensive.
The "Free" breackfast includes coffe and a toast, I mean if I pay more than a 100 bucks I expect to at least get something to eat in the morning without having to also have to pay for it.
The hotel was clean, the service at the reception desk I will say was excellent and the room was great.
Staff was friendly and the manager was exceptional.
Thank god there are hotels and services who understand and bend over backwards and go above there jobs to accomidate us.
The morning of my departure I called city center and confirmed my credit card and reservations.
I arrive on fri during klondike day only to find out my reservation was void.
Its located right acorss the street from a big mall, the room is well maintained also the hallways and the pool is clean.
The rooms are clean and contemporary and the staff is quite helpful and friendly, for Edmonton Accommadations.
