And the reason that I would likely stay here again (should I ever get back this way again): its location!

A pleasant sitting area, this hotel is in an excellent location and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

Excellent location, easy access to town and both sections of the hotel are well maintained.

Having said all thia, would use again, but would find an alternative location to dine!

This is our second disappointment with Best Western -- we had a terrible stay at one in Montreal by the airport too.

The room was large with two double beds, bunk beds and a sofa bed, microwave, fridge and tv - much better than we expected.

The carpet was damp, there was a loud dehumidifier running constantly, and my favorite part, the room had 1 double bed and a pull out couch.

When the person came to look at the bed, he seemed embarassed that the bed looked like that and we were then told the person at the front desk should not have told us that the rooms were first come first serve.

The room we booked had one queen bed and the room was spacious.

On the plus side, as a suite our room did come equipped with a microwave and a fridge, as well as a tv in each room.

I stayed in the older part of the building and ate most of my meals in the restaurant (pub) downstairs.

The staff were friendly, free access to the Internet was a bonus and plus a decent breakfast included :) was all good.

It was nice to be able to walk to historic sites, restaurants, shopping, etc.

Breakfast was too expensive but overall I would stay here again - especially with kids.

However, the restaurant needed some customer care tips.

Location is excellent for exploration of Charlottetown and your friendly staff at the front desk.

The front desk staff were excellent and the room was clean and sufficient.

In reflection thought the staff at reception were great and only too happy to help.

Location was great, the few good things about the hotel were the refrigerator and reception staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Free parking is nice and pool is there to use, but it was dirty.

The pool and the fitness area are nice though.

Also, one other time we had left our dirty towels on the floor and housekeeping took them out, but didnt restock all of them, so for 3 girls we had 1 towel to shower with.

The staff was very nice and our room was clean and comfortable.

The staff made me feel very welcomed, as long as the room is clean enough to sleep in.
