Prices quite reasonable and the hotel entrance is nice.
This hotel is at a great location but we found the staff to be exceptional especially un these day and age.
Good location and have free shuttles to the West Edmonton Mall.
They pick you up at the airport and the Cedar Park Inn is just that - comfortable and adequate.
The shuttle to the airport was a great help.
Other than for some street traffic from time to time,which is to be expected, our large, clean, well-equipped, king-size bed room on the 5th floor was very, very good and satisfyingly quiet!
My fiance found hair in the bathroom tub and the floor.
In room fridge, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron/board and a vey comfortable duvet.
I attempted to clean the toilet seat myself with the hotel towels and they turned yellow when wiping them down.
Then they decided to put us in another room,and thge Air conditioning did not work so we moved to another room.
The "Seasons" restaurant, where we had breakfast each morning (the sometimes advertised free breakfast doesn't exist but you get a 10% discount card for lunch or supper upon checking it.
Service was excellent, the room was clean at least and the food in the restaurant was great.
The sheets were clean, the breakfast buffet was kind of meh for the price - the pancakes were cold.
The in hotel restaurant was not very good at all.
Free parking was no problem and the hotel is located very close to restaurants, liquor store, grocercy store, etc.
Have always found to be a great place to stay in Edmonton and the front desk staff ewre very helpful.
The front desk staff was very friendly, the room were exceptionally clean and the Seasons restaurant was actually very good.
On top of it all, we sat in the hotel restaurant for 20 minutes with NO service (the staff was standing around and ignoring our attempts at getting their attention!
The staff at the front desk at the cedar park inn, were very heplfull.
It had a pool and a fitness room and a good restaurant.
The pool in the basement is apparently salt water.
The only good thing was the free shuttle to the WEM!
The hotel has a nice lobby, the staff were pleasant and the room was very clean.
The room was very clean with all amenities beyond our expectation.
I attempted to clean the toilet seat myself.
I cant wait to come back in the summer to enjoy the fresh flolowers on the balconeys for the room.
