The hotel was fairly clean and excellent, liked it. All the staff was helpful, fixed my issues. Its location was fantastic on the center.

Excellent value, perfect 4 star hotel. Comfortable beds, central heating, a personal safe, and multi-channel TV in the room. Had a handy kitchenette. Central location, just a pleasant stroll away from Puente Colgante. Nice enough area short walk to the center, and downtown...

No reason to complain, the venue met all required needs. Everything seemed perfectly fine, flexible staff, huge rooms. I appreciated the room with the kitchen. The location was particularly good and unbeatable, just off grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping and restaurants.

My hotel room was huge and absolutely gorgeous with the kitchen. This was a fantastic location close enough to downtown.

Hotel was ideal and excellent, staff was amicable! Had huge gorgeous room with large bed. The bathroom was wonderful but it worked for my 3 day stay.

The room was absolutely amazing! It was so spacious and comfortable, I felt like I was in a luxury suite. The pool, even though it was small, was a great addition. After running a half marathon, it was such a treat to relax and unwind in the pool. The staff here were incredibly helpful and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests I had.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The location is perfect, close to downtown and chain restaurants.

The suite was spacious and well-equipped with a kitchen, dining area, and sitting area. The continental breakfast offered fresh fruit and coffee. Though the property is older, the outside grounds are nice and parking is convenient. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel had excellent staff who were always willing to help in any way they could. The location was also a plus, with easy access to chain restaurants and downtown. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel facilities was top-notch.
