Had a great stay for three nights, glad I've chosen it. The staff were polite, as for 4-stars hotel.

Mind-blowing location! Super convenient for trains, buses, and exploring the city. Staff were jaw-droppingly pleasant and helpful. Comfy beds, awesome shower, and delicious breakfast.

Good food.

Hotel was overbooked and they tried to put 6 people in a room designed for four people, when we had booked 3 rooms for our group. Different members of staff were giving us different information which led to much confusion.

It's not a bad hotel. Meets the 3 stars . Breakfasts are not bad .

The smell of sewerage.

The location near the center of the city and close to public transportation was ideal for exploring the area, and the continental breakfast offered a variety of food options.

This place is conveniently located close to the city center, "Tvärbanan", and the Liljeholmen metro station, with a nearby restaurant serving delicious Swedish meals.

The room was new-fashioned and functional!

The hotel was in a magnificent location, walk from a tram station. A supermarket and little stores were right next door...

The hotel was conveniently located near public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were friendly and professional, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed that ensured a good night's sleep. the hotel offered a sauna, which was a great way to relax and unwind after a long day of sightseeing.

One drawback of the hotel was that it was a bit far from the main attractions in the city, requiring a longer commute. Public transport was a bit confusing at times, making it a bit tricky to navigate around the city.

There was no restaurant on Saturday and Sunday and no restuarants nearby so we had to resort to getting food from the nearby petrol garage - the hotel is in an industrial estate so is very noisy, this is made worse by the fact our room was very hot so had to open the window so we didn't sleep due to the hundreds of lorries going past. The wet room was like something you would see in a Turkish prison and the pillows and mattresses were too thin. This hotel is appalling. It's good for getting to the Stockholmassan (although a 4 minute cab ride still costs 1200SEK) but that is all that is good about it.

The room was absolutely mind-blowing, super clean and tidy, with jaw-dropping amenities. The staff spoke great English and helped us with taxis. The breakfast buffet had a nice assortment of choices and we loved that we could get tea and coffee anytime for free. The newly renovated bathrooms and flat screen TV in the room were a pleasant surprise. Plus, having a Burger King in the same building and a 24/7 gas station right in front of the hotel was incredibly convenient.

Comfortable, good restaurant next door, good internet

The hotel is very basic, the bathroom is clean but the rest of the room is a bit below standard. The hotel is in a good location for the congress centre but the surrounding area is not great

The location is comfortable, not far from tram, bus or train. The staff are extremely helpful, they keep the place fairly clean. The rooms are good sized and warm with good free wi-fi.

Convenient location, clean room, easy transportation access, comfortable bed, helpful staff, good value for money.

Couldn't find any faults at all.
