This place offers great value and clean facilities at affordable prices.

Good food, great service.

The hotel's location was particularly good and ideal, close enough to downtown with shopping centers and a bakery within walking distance. The staff was really friendly and amicable and assisted us greatly.

Great location with mountain views 🏔️, close to BC ferry, Capilano Suspension Bridge, and Grouse Mountain.

Good location close to Lions gate bridge so an easy taxi ride to Downtown in a pretty quiet area. About 15 minutes walk from Edge Climbing Centre. Very well maintained building and rooms with a visa card.

The central location here is close to Horseshoe Bay Ferry terminal, and the team was fantastic, really made me feel appreciated.

Fairly clean hotel, services were great and location was handy and decent close to attractions. The room was spotless with very comfy beds and a fridge, coffee/tea making machines and a multi-channel television etc. I had quite comfortable days staying at this brand-new venue.

Good spot close to restaurants serving tasty food at reasonable prices. The room is a decent size with nice furnishings, and the bathroom is spotless with a bathtub for relaxation 🛁.

It has unbeatable location in downtown Vancouver, in a quiet area. And it's by Capilano River.

The room had a lot of space and a nice air conditioner. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The views of the mountains were amazing. The location was particularly good, close to restaurants and Vancouver. The building had a functional style.

Overall had comfortable stay on our vacation. We ate at a magnificent restaurant which serves very tasty meals. A shower and a hair dryer were very handy.

The staff here is incredibly friendly, and the hotel is conveniently located near the ferry terminal, with restaurants and attractions within walking distance.

Motel style, a bit of noisy

The rooms here are nicely updated, with fairly clean bathrooms and comfy beds, in a perfect location close to the ferry and not far from various Vancouver attractions.

Really friendly atmosphere. The Lady on the check in desk made us feel very welcome and was more than happy to chat to us and give us ideas for places to eat, visit etc. She also called us a taxi at the end of our stay. The hotel also has discount deals with the hurricane grill and Denny's (and on a side note - the hurricane grill's food is amazing!) There is also a cafe/restaurant on the best western grounds that is independent of the hotel but has a really large delicious menu, so eating there for breakfast or lunch is no problem, although as it is very good it was also quite busy, so leave yourself a bit of time.. Its also a bit pricey. Location was ideal, rented a car from a hire car company on marine drive therefore it was walking distance from the hotel when we came to return it. The hotel also provides free parking and there is a bus route right by best western to downtown or grouse mountain so this is ideal if you dont have a car.

It would have been nice to have an option to have breakfast included in the price, as other hotels on Capilano road are cheaper and include a deluxe breakfast (nvh has all you can eat breakfast and pancakes!). However, the rooms and facilities at best western are top class in my opinion, so i'm not too bitter about breakfast not being included in the price, especially when there are so many lovely restaurants nearby.
