I had a really good time here. The facilities were top-notch. The hotel was pretty clean and the location couldn't be better. Plus, I loved chilling in the beautiful garden 🌳.

The location is perfect. Because the thermal baths can be reached through corridors in Badmantel and Finken! Spa very good. ( Big offer ). Bath tub available and tea and coffee making possible. Washing machine and tumble dryer available (for a fee). Good Tex Mex restaurant nearby.

The double room here was spacious with a big balcony, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including eggs and bacon.

had a great stay in saint-paul-les-dax! best western really impressed us this time. spacious rooms, friendly staff, and the perfect base for exploring the atlantic beaches by car. the hotel's location near a leisure lake was an added bonus. overall, a reasonable price for a wonderful experience.

This hotel is a hidden gem. It is located in a very peaceful area, surrounded by beautiful nature. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the big balcony offers stunning views. The staff is incredibly attentive and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The breakfast provided is absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

All was great, no improvements needed.

The hotel is peaceful and relax. It suits a stop;over to break a long journey back home. We stay to go to a funeral. It was fine. The restaurant is good accommodating our vegetarian diete.

We arrive at 6 pm wanting a drink, to be told that the bar does not open until 7:15 pm. This is not good service. Friend should be told to bring they ice box and other needed emergency supplies.

I was surprised to find that as a guest of the hotel you still had to pay for use of their swimming pool (which is not cheap) for 3 of us 2 adults 1 child it was 35 euros (10% discount for hotel guests 3.50 euros) for 2 hours, there was no towels at the pool and to be frank it wasn't exactly built to swim in more than stand around which you got tired of long before two hours were up!

The hotel is located in a nice area by the lake, perfect for dog owners as it is great for an evening or morning dog walk. The suite was spotless and spacious with air conditioning. The staff was very helpful and friendly and there was a quick room service.

Great location and easily accessible from major attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful. They provided excellent recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area. The hotel also had an amazing attached spa that was very relaxing.

The rooms were not ready during check-in, and we had to wait for a few hours. The pillows were uncomfortable, and we didn't sleep well.

Before agreeing to book, I pointed out that I would arrive late (after 22.00) because I was driving down from London on that same day. I specifically asked the question in order to be sure to be sure that there would be room service at that time. I was told yes and I booked. I arrived at 22.15 and was then told that both the bar and the restaurant were closed so no food or drink was available...the single member of staff simply said that this was not his fault!!! This is not a hotel really..more of a big hostel.
