The room was nice, the beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well.
Also, the bathroom was a decent size which included a normal size tub and shower.
The shower has a grab bar and the bed was lower and easier for her to get in and out of.
If we called from the room, sometimes the phone would ring with no answer at the desk.
We have 2 children including a 6 year old, and we did not want to be stuck with a one night room penalty in case our kids became sick.
There was breakfast in the lobby that was adequate but the attraction was talking to all the snowbirds (we live in Michigan and my mother lives in Minnesota).
The continental breakfast was at best average.
Also, there were issues with seating since the breakfast was served in the lobby where only 4 tables were set up.
Staff was friendly and knew the area well.
The man at the front desk was nice but didn't seem very talkative.
All in all, the accommodations were comfortable, but I would not rely on quick service or the wireless internet.
Yet the employees were friendly and knowledgeable of nearby attractions.
Check-in was quick and efficient, the room was large so we never got in each others way, spa was clean.
The rooms were clean and comfortable(we had two rooms -----one for my 84 yr old mother and one for me and my husband).
Hotel is somewhat remodeled although room did not appear to be especially clean, it was just okay.
