            Great view and really near all good places in Brighton. Excellent value and service, the room became very warm from the Sun during the afternoon, staff were very helpful particularly at breakfast.

            The food was amazing and the room had a great view, downstairs in the hotel was quite roomy and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful. The bathroom again was very clean and breakfast was good and waiters and waitresses were efficient.

            The sea view was pearing your head round the corner and seeing the see we had booked a sea view, the hotel was perfect, staff were really helpful and friendly. The best thing about the room was the size, was big, the breakfast was very good.
