Friendly staff, correct value for money

Simple but very large room. Comfortable bed, large bathroom with storage space and large shower. Quite quiet, although there is a road nearby on the side you do not hear the traffic and view of the mountains is nice. staff are very friendly, they called us on the phone to tell us that our lost suitcase had arrived and they took it to the room. breakfast is quite varied and of very good quality. Maybe too much protein and not enough sweets, no buns or cookies but there is a lot to choose from. During the week it's until 9:30 am and at the weekend until 10 am but they don't bother you to leave and they are not on top of you if you take a fruit to the room. There are coffees and teas with cookies all day and waffles with jam, microwave and a stove. Game room with ping pong and a bowling alley. parking is large and free outdoors. In front there are 3 supermarkets one better than the other. In the spar there is hot food during the day. All of them close at 11pm. Felini restaurant they recommend is not a donkey and vomercisl center next door has cinemas but only machine food.

It is outside the city and to travel around the area is very comfortable but the town has nothing interesting . There is no restaurant inside the hotel.

Located out of Alesund but an easy drive into the town. Well kept hotel , good staff and great breakfast.

The deal was to include a Buffet Dinner, this was clearly stated in the booking deal but when I'd arrived I was told Dinner was not included in Summer. I'd paid higher than needed to include the dinner and this has not been resloved.

Great hotel choice for a weekend break! The breakfast spread was fantastic with plenty of variety to choose from. We even enjoyed complementary snacks and drinks in the evening which was a pleasant surprise. The hotel is conveniently located near supermarkets and public transportation, making it easy to get around. The staff were friendly, helpful, and provided us with all the information we needed to explore the city. an enjoyable and comfortable stay.

Although the room was clean, it was outdated and lacked proper ventilation. The noisy main road outside disturbed our sleep, as opening the windows was the only option.

Nice hotel for one night just outside Alesund.

Location very near Alesund and a stay for less than the price you pay for a hotel in the city itself. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfy. Beds are good. Atmosphere is relaxed. Good value for money.

The hotel is a bit outdated and in my opinion in need of some modernization.

I had such a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect - it was near a small mountain called "Emblemsfjellet" with lots of different tracks for hiking and exploring. Plus, it was next to the Moa shopping center, so I had plenty of options for shopping and dining. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a clean bathroom and friendly service. The breakfast spread was delicious, offering a variety of options to start the day right. a fantastic experience!

One downside was that there was some noise from a nearby bar on Friday and Saturday nights.

It was total rebulding in hotel during our stay. There were no information about it while booking- we had to sleep with full-flavoured smell of colour and drilling sounds- it` was really awfull.

Best Western Baronen Hotell is a really family friendly hotell. Play room is fantastic and fits to children of any ages. Rooms on 3rd floor: №322, 323 are very large and wonderfull! It's possible to have free coffee in the mornings.

Rather big distance to Ålesund.
