Excellent location opposite the train station and bike trails. Helpful and friendly staff at front desk. Broad selection for breakfast. Great mountain bike storage facilities. Nice Chinese restaurant within the hotel. Good value for money.

It has excellent and amazing location to see Jakobshorn. Efficient service, the breakfast is delicious and satisfactory.

The room was brand-new, had a delightful view of the mountains. The location was prime, you can visit Ski Lift Bolgen by walking. The hotel itself was in a great area, really close to the main train station and a Jacobshorn cable car station as well as Very close to the ski lift.

The service is VERY EFFICIENT, includes free parking. The hotel has very efficient staff. Also, the location is best possible and convenient, minutes from Jakobshorn.

The hotel's location was super convenient, right opposite the train station and close to the Jakobshorn Cable Car. We had a blast shredding the slopes at Davos Klosters Ski Area and the cable car ride was sick! The bars and restaurants at the hotel were top-notch, and the food was off the charts. We couldn't have asked for a better vacation with our squad!

The only thing we wished for was a happening nightclub or party scene at the hotel. It would have been the cherry on top for us young party-goers.

The price of the Piña Colada at the bar with Fr. 19.50 is outrageous. Especially since the drink didn't taste very good! Bummer!

The hotel is conveniently located close to a bus stop that takes you directly to the Jackobshorn gondola, meaning easy access to the mountain. The train station right across the street makes the hotel easy to access. Guests have praised the spacious Junior suite rooms, the great bathroom, and separate toilet. Breakfast is excellent and the bar offers good food.

The Wi-Fi connection in the room can be unreliable according to some guests.

The hotel was well-located, right across the train station and near the ski lifts. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, with high-quality products. The lounge had a great selection of drinks and cocktails, which we enjoyed after a long day skiing.

The lack of proper communication from staff regarding the hotel's facilities was frustrating. Our room was cold and we had to repeatedly ask the reception for heating, which was not efficient.

Room was a little dark, no sun, hidden in the corner. Unfortunately it was not evident on the booking that Fr. 20.-- per day is charged for the dog.

The room was amazing, modern, and comfy. Split bathroom was fantastic. Delicious breakfast and dinner. Extensive cocktail selection. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location for skiing.

The hotel's location is very convenient as it is right across from the train station and very close to the bus stop. It's also easy to get to the Jackobshorn gondola to head up to the mountain. The cleanliness and hotel facilities were impressive, and the staff was friendly. Parking was also convenient.
