                      Not very good location and cost efficient. Fine for the price, friendly staff and the employees were wonderful. I looked in metarie and nothing was available either, the beds were comfortable and the rooms were very clean, the breakfast in the mornings were great. Locals calls were free.

                      The pillows were to small, towels were damp from ac condensation causing our clothes to get wet.

                      Location to city of New Orleans, restaurant is nearby, try IHOP, good price for families and the staff is always very professional friendly. Free high speed internet, breakfast is not at all nutritious.

                      S more on the hotel side than an avalon, the lobby is attractive, the rooms don't look bad.
