Best Western Atlantic Beach Resort Miami Beach - 迈阿密海滩

This hotel is in a great location because it is located on the corner of a street that leads right off a main highway.

We really liked the location, as this hotel is on sits at the intersection of A1A and I-195.

I have to estimate its location to be approx 42nd, just past the Days Inn.

They don't offer transportation from the airport, so we took a cab.

Had an early morning flight out of Miami, and just took 195 straight to the airport -- about 15 minutes.

When we got to our room, not only did we have the extra pillows, but we also had pool towels waiting on the bed and extra towels in the bathroom.

Our nightmare began when we checked in - despite booking a king room (1 bed) ocean front with balcony we were given a double (2 beds) with no balcony and on the 9th floor (I am claustrophobic and cannot ride elevators and they knew this!

Our room was excellent, pleasantly furnished with very large comfortable bed - it seems the hotel has been recently refurbished - and it shows.

I would stay there again for the $125/night I paid, friendly enough at reception and the bed was to small for two the bathroom was huge.

The beds are not soft at all and the room does not have alot of electrical outlets for all your stuff, the bathroom which is clean but also has no space for all your needs.

The hotel restaurant has a very limited choice of food (breakfast was ok), the restaurant staff was friendly but extremely slow.

Food wise they offer you a typical buffet breakfast which really is not worth getting up early for and there is no other restaurant facility just vending machines.

The breakfast in the restaurant had a lot of choice and even a cook made an omelette and brought it to my table.

There's a grocery store a couple of blocks away, a restaurant next door in the Mariott hotel and a cafe over the road for breakfast.

They also have a restaurant inside, the breakfast was nice $15.

Room service was only from 5-10:30 and came from a hotel 3 blocks away, not to mention when you pushed the room service or guest services button on the phone from the room no one would answer and we had to go to the front desk for every concern.

While the front desk staff was ok, other personnel (especially housekeeping) was extremely unfriendly.

The staff member at the breakfast area was very helpful, this hotel was fine for a two-star hotel and reception was efficient in booking us in.

Service was good overall, the concierge was very helpful and the room was cleaned every day.

Beach is nice and clean, pool is really small, parking is a pain so valet.

Despite the fact that we were welcomed by an overfilled trash bin just outside the main entrance and the fact that only one of the 2 lifts in the lobby was working (therefore a bit of a wait sometimes) – it was quite alright.

The elevators were dirty and slow, and the pool was ALWAYS out of towels and we were given an attitude when we asked for more.

The room was clean, all food was fresh and the gym was pretty good.

Furthermore rooms are clean and the pool is kind of small.

The room was clean and the breakfast was adequate.

The room we were given was nicely renovated, clean, and very comfortable.
