The value for money at this hotel was excellent, especially considering the luxurious and modern room I stayed in. The location was great, with a beautiful sea view from the outside dining area. The staff were friendly, courteous and flexible to my requests.

One small improvement that could be made to the breakfast options is to add more variety of pastries and baked goods.

The hotel had a modern and cool style with beautiful art pieces around. The spa was a highlight of the stay with a variety of pools and light therapy rooms. The breakfast offered a good range of options and my favorite part was the eggs and bacon. The hotel provided excellent hair and body products in the shower.

The location was a bit far from the city and the bus connection was terrible. It was not possible to walk to nearby attractions. The staff at the restaurant could improve their attitude towards guests. The room was small with a poor view and no access to a minibar.

The sauna/spa was impressive but the location of the hotel is so out of the way that it is really most suitable for conferences rather than tourists.

Expensive hotel in relation to value for money and location! The spa and fitness facilities coast nearly $100 for 2 persons (maximum use: 4 hours).

Superb hotel - well spoken receptionist and fast and easy check-in/out. Wifi connection good and ample parking. Restaurant very good and well prepared top class meals available. Love this place!

The hotel's interior design is mind-blowing, with a stunning rock garden. The spa experience is super impressive, offering Japanese rituals and aromatherapy saunas, along with an outdoor pool. The breakfast buffet is jaw-dropping, with a huge variety of delicious options. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The Childrens Room is excellent for young ones. this cozy and beautiful hotel allows you to leave your problems behind and relax in a truly astonishing way.

We stayed near a factory, but the hotel was conveniently located close to a train station, which made it easy to get around. The harbor area was also easily accessible. The rooms were small but cozy, with comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. The breakfast was good, with plenty of options to choose from.

The common areas were uncomfortably cold, which made it difficult to relax and enjoy the atmosphere.

Location in port close to the harbour is good fo my works.

There was no bike availble which I like to use to go The gate of the harbour. Which was a disadavantage.

The lobby looked nice.

Room was small, smelled stale. Bathroom tiny and from the 1970's. Window overlooked a train yard. Restaurant closed at 9:00, however was told that I was lucky because it is not normally open on Sunday. Surrounded by refineries and train yards, not a nice area to stay in, no restaurants, not even a petrol station nearby.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a 4-star hotel here and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The location, tucked away in the midst of a bustling industrial area, provided an intriguing and unique atmosphere. The service was simply impeccable, with attentive staff who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, tea and coffee making facilities, and a cozy sitting area. I also loved the fact that I could relax on the terrace and enjoy the beautiful garden views. Furthermore, the spa and wellness center offered a range of luxurious treatments and facilities that truly enhanced my stay.

This place is perfect for everyone.
