Polite and helpful staff, spotless rooms, super comfy beds, excellent value for money. Convenient location.

Location (near friends who were hosting a large family gathering)

Decor (very outdated and mismatched, looks like the 1970's). Room was very hot (much warmer than outside) with no ventilation or air- conditioning; remained warm all night in spite of windows wide open.

The room had another room adjoining it.The door between the two had a large gap at the bottom.This made it very easy to hear the people in the next room.Also there was a lot of traffic noise.the room was in a poor state of repair, with the sink not draining and the safety deposit box out of order.

we had a short stopover in saint-fargeau-ponthierry and decided to stay at kyriad. the staff were extremely helpful and the rooms were spotless with comfy beds. it was exactly what we needed after a tiring day at disneyland. great value for money, would definitely recommend and stay again!

We stayed for 1 night and had a great experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable for a good night’s sleep. The location was convenient for our long drive to the South of France and easy to access by car.

There were a couple of negatives during our visit. there were regular loud noises during the night that disturbed our sleep.

Nothing not to love.

I was pleasantly surprised by the delightful decoration of this hotel. The elegant furnishings and tasteful design created a warm and inviting atmosphere. The general areas were well-maintained and exuded a sense of sophistication. As a senior woman, I appreciated the accessibility of the hotel. The pathways were wide and clear, making it easy for me to navigate with my walking aid. The hotel also had an elevator, allowing me to effortlessly reach my room on the upper floor. It was comforting to know that the hotel cared about the comfort and convenience of its senior guests.

The only improvement I would suggest for a better vacation experience for senior people is for the staff to be more attentive and considerate. Sometimes, it felt as though the young staff members were preoccupied with their own tasks and forgot to offer assistance or engage with the guests.

I always choose this place for my stay. The staff kindly helped me with my elderly parents. It suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, on-site car park, luggage storage, and a bar/lounge. I'm coming back for Christmas.

The hotel we stayed at was amazing. The two things that stood out to us were the comfortable bed and the delicious breakfast included. The hotel was located in a fantastic area, close to great restaurants and fun activities. One of the best parts of our stay was the beautiful view from our room.
