  Good service cheap and employee very friendly and helpful. Clean the bed comfortable and excellent breakfast spread featuring local cheeses.

  Location is really bad and hotel Amber is an old mansion.

  Best value and service, the receptionists are pretty helpful, the rooms are cleaned exceptionally well. The food is great also.

  Comfortable room, good breakfast and fresh fruit. Also lovely courtyard garden.

  Not the best position, in a rather unclean terrace viewing the sea and in the heart of old Istanbul. Poor service.

  Beds very comfortable and the room attendants are very helpful, the restaurant on the roof is wonderful for sight seeings in the morning.

  Two stops away from sultanahmet on the tram, the room facing the street had a nice balcony and cereal and a view of the Marmara sea was satisfactory. The place was clean and service was great. Bed was very comfortable and breakfast was sufficient. All round a good choice we enjoyed.

  The view is good as close to sea and great Place to Stay When You Visit Istanbul. The staff is very friendly and the young male receptionist is very helpful and informative. The room are clean and water in mini bar is free. Superb breakfast on roof terrace.

  Great view of the bay from the restaurant and good quality shower. Renovated ottoman building in upcoming neighborhood and payed a reasonable rate. Especially the extremely helpful staff, the managers could speak excellent English and free internet access in the room. Clean towels have to be called in for everyday.

  The Best Western Amber Hotel had good service and staff, reception were happy to do this for us, free internet was a must for us and worked very well. Snacks that was very handy.
