The rooms were quiet and elegant with exceptionally comfortable beds. The staff were lovely all the time. The location was great for getting around, as a tram station was nearby the hotel👌

The room was neat, compact with a kitchen, good bed plus the bathroom and good value.

The service of the hotel is excellent. Cheap units with beds for family. Variety of options for breakfast in the café. Obliging staff, quick check-in and large bar. Central location, at walking distance from Clarinda Park.

Central location to restaurants and activities, good value, separate room for children, comfortable beds, friendly staff.

No Drinking water in the Room the same had to be purchased from the Vending Machine.The least you could do is provide complimentary drinking water in the rooms.

The bed at Alexander Motor Inn was extremely comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. Additionally, the owner was accommodating and allowed us to park our car on the premises for the majority of the day while we attended a hospital appointment in the city. The location was also convenient, being close to the football stadium and having a nice, sunny balcony. The bathrooms had a fantastic setup for females to do makeup, with a big mirror and neon light.

Wonderful and clean place overall with marvellous location right on the tram line. Very good and polite staff, quick check in. Location close to local cafes. Family atmosphere, variety of well presented dishes...

Spent here 3 very comfortable days and will be back. That was great hotel set in great area, near to both airports, and Right next to a tram stop. Every staff member was LOVELY and kind. Got the same elegant and fantastic room with beds for family booked online, truly enjoyed that. A microwave, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator were very handy.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location in beautiful gardens adds to the overall charm of the stay. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, making you feel welcomed and well taken care of. The basic amenities in the rooms, including the large double bed on level 1, the shower, and the simple amenities, ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. Plus, having breakfast included is a definite bonus.

The hotel was in need of a few improvements, but overall, everything was alright.

It's location to Essendon Airport as we didn't know where we had to go for our day trip. Easy to find and centrally located for restaurants/bistros

This city hotel was perfectly located for exploring the area and had great sized and clean beds. The adjoining room for kids was convenient and the TV in both rooms allowed for extra relaxation in the morning. A tram stop was right out the front making it easy to head into the heart of the city.

The configuration of beds in one hotel we stayed at was very odd and didn't allow for privacy. there was too much bright light at night from outside into the rooms that didn't lead to restful sleep.

The location was convenient with easy access to transportation. It was a short walk to a nearby tram stop, making it easy to get to the Women's Hospital or other parts of the city. it was close enough to the airport, allowing for a quick and easy transfer.

The quality of the rooms was not up to par. As reported by previous guests, the cleanliness left something to be desired, and the beds were uncomfortable.

its not a 5 star motel so u get what you pay for. for the price l paid l am happy with accommodation and service provided.

I thought the menu was very limited, but lm sure others would find it suitable. The toilet bowl did need a good scrub but l soon fixed that myself. !!
