Very beutiful location big room, i arrived in the beautiful San Luis Valley in December and the value we paid was excellent.
Everything was dated, the decor, bed and bedding, the carpet.
Although the beds were nice, my experience was ruined by the bright security light shining directly into my window.
This hotel allows dogs at a reasonable rate, friendly staff and the pool hot tub are enclosed.
Staff was very helpful and friendly, cons: Hot tub was barely luke warm, the continental breakfast was great.
Indoor pool & hot tub were a nice break after a day at the Great Sand Dunes National Park.
Good free breakfast but the dining area is too small.
Breakfast is the typical homestyle breakfast - the eating area was very clean.
The breakfast attendant is so adorable and kind.
Furthermore well sized portions of typical American cuisine, great pool.
Loved their restaurant recommendation - Cavillos!
My stay was fantastic, pros: Front desk staff was VERY friendly and the room was great.
The location is convenenient for the Great Sand Dunes and front desk staff very knowledgeable.
Also the staff very friendly and the manager Chirag Dave was so accommodating.
A great local pizza place and customer service was excellent.
The staff is delightful and the owner is so professional.
Swimming pool was nice after a day at the dunes.
Don't be fooled - the picture on their website is of the modern lobby building which is of rather recent construction.
Clean rooms, good breakfast and pool is big heated.
Very nice hotel, happy staff and the room was clean.
The rooms are always clean and the microwave didn't work at all.
The room was clean and the breakfast in the morning was above average for a Best Western.
The rooms were clean & roomy enough but had outside hallways which could be a little noisy at times (highway traffic).
