Best Western Airport Inn Orlando - 奥兰多

4-The location is convenient to the airport, but is a couple of miles off of the main airport zone where most of the airport hotels, restaurants and retail are located.

The two best things about the Airport Inn are its location and service.

Staff very helpfuland location convenient and comfortable stay.

The hotel can be easily contacted via the courtesy phones at Orlando Airport and its shuttle bus will pick you up 10 or 15 minutes later for the 5-minute drive to the hotel.

We waited an hour for 'free' airport pickup, and finally ended up paying for a cab.

Check-in was a breeze and the desk clerk upgraded our two queen bed rooms to two queen bed suites!

The suite has a little refrigerator, microwave and sofa bed.

Our large room actually was a "suite" with a sofa, desk, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker plus 2 queen sized beds.

Well, it turns out that their suites are really just a slightly larger room with a 5 foot high wall that sticks out about 6 feet from one wall to divide the pull-out sofa from the beds.

The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet.

Numerous fast food and sit-down restaurants are located within easy driving distance.

I didn't use any of the amenities while at the hotel, and my because I had an early flight the next day I was not able to eat at the free breakfast.

My biggest concern was the breakfast area--the food was very limited and of mediocre quality, and the staff gave me a dirty look.

Continental Breakfast was great and the evening cocktail social (complimentary) was a nice bonus.

The Breakfast could have used some yogurt but the waffles, fruit, and juice were good.

Due to errors reserving the shuttle on the part of the front desk staff, my family almost missed our dream vacation.

Friendly hotel staff, the service was fast and professional, the room was very clean and comfortable.

The person working the front desk was very courteous in handling what could have easily been a customer service nightmare.

The staff, consisting of one front desk clerk, was polite.

Close to airport for early travel, the hotel offers a free Shuttle service - to and the lobby is clean.

The shuttles run on the hour during the day, and we were able to reserve a shuttle at just the time we needed.

Overall, check in and out was a breeze, we received the wakeup call we asked for, and the shuttle was 10 minutes early and left right on time.

I would definitely stay here again fi I got a good rate, all the staff I encounter were professional and the room was clean and modern.

It was spacious,clean,the beds were comfortable.

This place was fine, the staff was friendly and rooms were comfortable and clean.

The room itself exceeded my expectations - very clean and well apportioned, with (to my astonishment) a nice refrigerator and microwave.
